helping to create better access to human resources by working in partnership with educational institutions and government organizations in order to represent members at various immigration tradeshows and employment / career fairs facilitating and promoting opportunities for job shadowing, internships, co-op employment placements, guest lecturing, and career mentorship for students in post-secondary, secondary and elementary programs. facilitating and promoting opportunities for joint projects and research between business members and students in technology related programs as well as business, journalism and other media related programs promotion of the ITIA and its members on the post-secondary campus in an ongoing effort to encourage a strong awareness of the technology industry within the BC interior and career opportunities with business members |
